Our Heritage
London Heritage Properties was founded by Edward Church, an architect renowned for his distinguished career in Fulham and Chelsea.
With his leadership, Edward managed property developments valued at over £1 billion in today's terms, specializing in existing buildings, conservation areas, and listed properties.
In 1998, under Edward's guidance, we transformed into a development and investment company, aiming to increase the availability of affordable housing. After extensive research, we chose to concentrate our efforts in Wandsworth, where we continue to make a significant impact on the community.
Our Achievements
Over the past 25 years, we have successfully completed over 170 flats and houses, with 61 of these properties located on Earlsfield Road in Earlsfield, where we established our first office. We have retained 37 of these properties, providing homes for 114 tenants.
